heard on the entertainment news off radio 1 that a blur reunion might be in the pipeline, said by alex james himself, that would be interesting, wonder if a new record would sound like some of damon albarns new stuff from Gorillaz and TGTB&TQ.

I think Blur were ok first time round ,and even better the Gorillaz.
But i have a bad feeling about this comeback.

A Blur reunion thread pops up on here every 3 months or so, I'm quite bored of hearing about one member saying they might possibly begin to start thinking about it one day soon within the next few years. I'm less excited about it than I am at the prospect of a Spice Girls reunion.

Girl Power!!! Maybe if Spice Girls come back, Chiefs will stop doing 'peace' signs in photos.
I can't be the only one that thinks 'girl power' everytime they do that...

They're doing it, innit. Thank God - we're in need of a comeback that isn't slightly awful.
As long as the week in the studio goes OK, at any rate. Depends what Damon has come up with though. They've never really been a gang in the way most bands are - work well together but always lived in different little worlds the rest of the time.
Any band with a farmer = ace.
